Adweek’s Fastest Growing Agencies list is a prestigious honour recognising agencies that have achieved notable growth over the past three years. 

Our journey to becoming a fastest-growing agency has been marked by expansion into new markets, industry-defining work in the realm of creator marketing and advertising, and a commitment to putting our team wellbeing first.

To better serve our clients globally, we expanded in the EMEA region with BDB UK becoming BDB Europe in November 2022. Furthermore, we opened offices in Denmark to bring local support and stellar service to our clients across Europe.

We've also expanded our team, attracting industry experts and fresh talent. Guided by the philosophy of treating clients like friends and our team like best friends, our recruitment and onboarding processes have been revamped to ensure fairness and inclusivity. This all goes to making BDB a place where all can flourish and contribute their unique skills.
