Co-Founder and CEO
In 2012, Ed founded the digital marketing division of Exclusive Media Group in LA. By promoting several films using influencers, he saw the huge potential of influencer marketing. In 2014, Ed launched Billion Dollar Boy, one of the first influencer marketing agencies in the UK.
Ed leads the BDB team with a visionary spirit, a great mind for business, and an affinity for sound effects.
Co-Founder and President of USA
After five years leading global digital PR for Tom Ford Beauty, Permele co-founded Billion Dollar Boy, opening the first US office in New York. Since its start, she has successfully launched BDB into the luxury and lifestyle space while growing the US team.
Like Wes Anderson, Permele enjoys the caper genre and obsessively symmetrical compositions. Unlike Wes Anderson, she wears cocktail dresses.
Co-Founder and UK Head of Account Management
Thomas began his career at NBCUniversal, moving into film and entertainment at Exclusive Media as their lead digital media consultant. In 2014, Thomas co-founded BDB with Ed and Permele, leading operations as Head of Account Management.
Acts as our human influencer database due to his encyclopedic knowledge of influencers.
James started his career with three years at PWC in London, where he earned his ACA accountancy qualification. After working the next six years in finance and strategy for Sky UK and telco giant BT, James joined BDB as Group CFO.
He is the Master of Spreadsheets with incredible and surprising comedic timing for a numbers man.
Director of Client Services
Having worked both agency (8 years) and client side (9 years), most recently heading up brand at Lastminute.com Group and consulting at Garnier and Maybelline, Kathy brings an enormous amount of experience to BDB. From our client to our peer, Kathy will be assisting clients and the challenges they face.
As a mum of three active children, she can juggle with her eyes closed.
Head of Creative Strategy UK
Like her role, Lisa has worked at BDB from concept to creation lending her expert hand to every position at the company. Lisa works with some of the biggest brands in the world, developing their creative strategies and rolling out successful campaigns.

Client Partnership Director
After working as an Associate Publisher in the magazine industry and launching a global sports publication, Fergus shifted his knowledge and experience from publishing to the online world of digital and influencer marketing.
Joining BDB in 2017, Fergus has continued to keep us enthralled with stories of his extreme sports expeditions, including rowing the Atlantic and ultra marathons across deserts and mountains
